Great news for all Chevrolet Camaro fans, and for all people who are going to visit the 2013 New York International Auto Show which starts on 29th March at Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, USA.
As we know from some leaked information that the new 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will have refreshed looks. Also, more information was leaked, but it’s not official news and no guarantees that it’s true or not. Anyways, as leaked information says that the new 2014 Camaro will be powered by a 7.0-liter LS7 V8 motor. The same motor is used in the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. The motor produces some serious power — 505hp (371kw) at 6200 rpm and a torque of 470 lbs-ft (637 Nm) at 4800 rpm.
Yet again, this information about the engine is just from some leaked information, and no guarantees that it’s true or not. If it is true, well, that’s a great news, because a Camaro powered with such a good engine will definitely get even more respect from a lot of people.
Chevrolet will showcase a new lineup of the 2014 performance cars at the new NY Auto Show, so definitely you don’t want to miss it. If you have an opportunity to visit it, we strongly recommend to do that, because no way you can be disappointed with it, because it’s one of those shows that everyone who like cars just must visit it. Where else you can see so many great new cars in one place? The answer is – nowhere. To be able to see so many great cars in person in one place, it’s just a fabulous experience.
Not only the Camaro will make its debut out there, but also the all-new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible and coupe and the all-new SS performance sedan.
The new generation Chevrolet Camaro is the most popular sports car under 50,000 USD ($) for three consecutive years. The new 2014 Camaro with a powered engine and refreshed looks just helps continue this streak.
The new 2014 Chevrolet SS 4 door sedan will be powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine which is rated at an estimated 415 hp (305 kW). The new sedan features a rear-wheel drive system, and it should get a lot of attention at the new Auto Show.
More news about these cars will be available when the Auto Show starts, and we are definitely going to get as much information as possible.
